Dear friends/comrades,

Please find enclosed  here with letter No. A-11019/25/2011/MF.CGA(A)/NGE/AICAEA-HQ/68 dated 06-06-2014 issued by the Sr.Accounts Officer, O/o. Controller General of Accounts, Dept of Expenditure, New Delhi regarding meeting of CGA with office bearers of the All India Association of Pay & Accounts Officers (Civil)  to be held on 18-06-2014 at 12 pm in the conference room "SWASTI" of O/o. CGA.

All the National Executive Members are requested to reach New Delhi by 2 pm on 17-06-2014 so as to have a preparatory meeting of National Executive at 3.30 pm at CSMR Guest House, Bersarai, Near INGAF, New Delhi. The change of venue if any necessitated  shall be informed on telephone. It is also requested to all National Executive members/Branches go through the charter of demand, already circulated once again enclosed here with, and come prepared with justification so as to have balanced and presentable version of our JUSTIFICATION. It is also requested to bring the number of long pending  cases of promotions of PAOs to Sr.AOs and Sr.AOs to ACA for want of submission of APARs, acceptances, vigilance clearances etc of each stations in details along with any specific cases pending for long time which shall be bring to the notice of authorities through this meeting. All state/station branches may hold their committee / general body meeting immediately and come prepared with proposals/cases in writing.
